Sochi - Itar-Tass

Russia’s state-owned oil company Rosneft is making plans for new projects in Belarus, the company’s President Igor Sechin said on Saturday, September 14. He said the projects would concern the oil and gas industry and their details would be announced as soon as they become available. Sechin made it clear that Rosneft would not reduce oil supplies to Belarus. “We are not planning any reduction. But there is the limit to transport capacities,” he said. He believes that Rosneft has stable positions in Belarus. “We are developing our business, we have partners and we will try to be effective. We are engaged in negotiations on the development of our business in all areas. Let everyone take this into account,” Sechin said.
