Republican Wisconsin Gov. Walker, facing a recall election, raised more than $13 million since the first of the year, his campaign said Monday. The donations bring Walker's total amount raised so far to $25 million, WTAQ, Green Bay, reported. The money has come from nearly 126,000 people, the campaign said. Walker became a recall target after pushing legislation that stripped state workers of many collective bargaining rights. He will face protest candidate Arthur Kohl-Riggs in a GOP primary Tuesday. Kohl-Riggs, who has raised just $2,000, says he's running to discourage Republicans from crossing over and voting in the Democratic primary in an attempt to advance a weaker candidate for the June 5 general election, the radio station said. There are four candidates in the Democratic primary.
