Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan on Thursday said that Turkey's budget overlook was much better compared to the US. Babacan delivered a speech at the opening of the Turkish Fulbright Commission in Ankara. Stating that Turkey and the EU were cooperating in many international issues, Babacan quoted Hillary Clinton as saying Turkey and the US had much in common as they both carried the feeling of global responsibility. "Turkey's budget overlook is much better compared to the US. Turkey's official foreign development aid has reached 2.5 billion dollars in 2012.
