The Ministry of Finance and National Economy asserted that it would give concern to the reviewing of the performance of the three-year program and carrying on of the developments in the economic sector in the progress to adjust the performance of the program in the next period. The Minister of Finance and National Economy, Ali Mahmoud, stressed during the meeting of the Technical Economic Committee of the Tripartite Program at the premises of the ministry Tuesday, his ministry's concern with the sustainability of economic stability and addressing of all the obstacles that hinder the performance of the program along with taking all the means and mechanisms that enable the program to accomplish its objectives to achieve and sustain economic stability. He pointed out that the State has been given concern to stimulate private sector and investors in order to attract more investments to the strategic sectors contributing to the growth and economic development. Dr. Mohammed Hassan Makkawi, Chairman of the Committee, reviewed the program performance for 2012 and the indicators for the years 2013-2014, presenting a clear-cut vision for the policies and procedures required to achieve the set objectives for the next period.
