South Korea's top firms listed on the main and tech-heavy exchanges will hold their annual general shareholders' meetings en masse on Friday as they seek approval for the appointment of corporate directors and elaborate on plans for the future. According to the Korea Securities Depository (KSD), a total of 497 listed companies whose fiscal year ended in December are to hold their shareholders' meeting during the day.
