Federal budget subsidies to regional budget for these purposes will reach 792.5 million roubles in 2013, 918.7 million roubles in 2014, and 963.7 million roubles in 2015. According to Nechayeva, an average 66,200 roubles are needed to equip one workplace for a disabled person. She stressed that such jobs will be created in each and every Russian region.
