The next meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) will culminate in a decision that takes into consideration the interests of producing and consuming countries, said Saturday in Djanet Minister of Energy and Mining Youcef Yousfi. "OPEC members are concerned over the question of the respect of oil production quotas and the supply and demand forecasts for 2013. I hope that the forthcoming meeting will end with a good decision," Yousfi said on the sidelines of an inspection visit to Djanet (Illizi, around 2000-km south of Algiers). OPEC ministerial meeting is to be held as from Monday in the Austrian capital Vienna. The current situation in global market, oil prices and the respect of oil production quotas set by the Organization are among the main items on the meeting’s agenda.
