Russian state and private companies have not suffered seriously in the banking crisis in Cyprus, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Wednesday.Speaking about the scale of damage, I can put it bluntly, there were no losses. I mean the state-run structures and even a considerable part of private businesses," Medvedev told State Duma in his annual address on the government's work.He criticized some companies for their failure of informing the government about their transfer of funds to off-shore tax heavens.The problem is, the partners must undertake consultations prior to make these decisions," Medvedev said.The crisis in Cyprus has not affected the Russian economy and all federal programs have been implemented, he noted.So we may say good-bye to Cyprus, to learn from that experience and to make decisions to additionally support those who wants to save money in our country," Medvedev said.Russian deposits in Cypriot banks at the end of 2012 stood at about 16 billion euros.
