German steelmaker ThyssenKrupp AG has recorded major losses of 5 million euros during the 2011/2012 financial year which ended last September. Last year, losses hit 1.8 billion euros, the company added in a release. ThyssenKrupp announced on December 6 that it was terminating the contracts of three of its six management board members amid allegations of corruption and price-fixing.
