A foreign national was arrested on Friday suspected of using devices to steal money from ATMs in the West Bank city of Bethlehem, police said. Wajih Rajoub, head of preventative security in Bethlehem, told Ma'an the suspect was caught "red-handed" at an ATM in the center of Bethlehem in a special operation. Rajoub said the man is suspected of leading a gang targeting banks in the city. The suspect is being questioned via a translator as he does not speak Arabic, Rajoub added. The suspect's name and nationality were not immediately released.
