The Chairman of Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), Nasser Ahmed Al Suwaidi, has received a copy of "Doing Business in Abu Dhabi 2013" book released by Morrison Menon Group, in presence of the Executive Director of International Economic Relations, Hamad Abdullah Al Mass. Upon receiving Raju Menon, the Chairman and Partner in Morrison Group, in his office at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Al Suwaidi said this edition of the Book is important because it is released at a time when the Emirate is experiencing large-scale development coupled with economic accomplishments, reflecting and demonstrating the Abu Dhabi government's efforts to achieve the goals of the Economic Vision 2030. He noted that the opening of Abu Dhabi Business Center of the Department of Economic Development, recently, is aimed to achieve much of the subject matter of this book. At the same time, the Business Center reflects the keenness of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi on the development of the business environment and the enhancement of business activities to comply with the best international standards. Al Suwaidi thanked Morrison Menon Group for issuing the "Doing Business in Abu Dhabi 2013" book which will contribute significantly to promoting the economy of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through enriching information and data to assist the business sector and interested businessmen and investors in the Emirate, as well as to help attract more trade and investment projects to the Emirate. For his part, Raju Menon, the Chairman and Partner in the Group Morrison Menon Group said that the " Doing Business in Abu Dhabi" book, was in high demand since its first edition, and that businessmen in all fields of business activities in Abu Dhabi were always keen to access the information and data it contained, as it is meant to aid the business sector in the Emirate. Menon expressed thanks and appreciation to Al Suwaidi for the support given to this book which contains details about the rules and regulations in the Abu Dhabi regarding economic activity, as the emirate possesses promising investment opportunities driven by giant development projects now under construction. The Managing Partner at Morrison Menon Group, Sudhir Kumar, said the "Doing Business in Abu Dhabi" book contains comprehensive information to help new entrepreneurs and investors plan to start business in Abu Dhabi; and inform them of the advantages, opportunities and investment incentives in all economic areas in the Emirate, which will contribute to attracting foreign direct investment to Abu Dhabi. 40,000 copies of the 130-page complimentary book were distributed to key personnel at corporations, banks, diplomatic missions; legal firms, business consultants and others. The book will also be distributed to all local, regional and global business conferences and investment forums.
