Kuwaiti Minister of Commerce and Industry and acting Finance Minister Anas Al-Saleh discussed here on Thursday with the visiting Moroccan Minister of Economy and Finance Nizar Baraka ways to support economic, trade and investment ties between the two countries. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry said in a press statement that the two sides discussed the most important issues that concern the two countries and stressed the importance of activating the strategic Gulf-Moroccan partnership through funding developmental projects in Morocco. The minister's visit comes on the occasion of signing seven agreements with the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) to finance developmental projects in Morocco within the framework of the grant allocated from Kuwait, amounting to USD 1.250 billion as part of the Gulf Cooperation Council's (GCC) developmental program.
