Business prospects in China's medical, design, media contents and information technology (IT) sectors are brighter than in other industries, a poll of local service sector firms by an international traders association suggested Monday. The survey carried out on 253 firms showed optimism for solid gains in operating profits and greater investment opportunities in China's key service sectors, the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) said. It said such an environment is likely to lessen South Korea's dependence on manufacturing in its trade relations with its No. 1 export market.
