Bangladesh's foreign exchange reserves reached nearly 14 billion U.S. dollars at the end of March, the country's central bank said Wednesday.A Bangladesh Bank (BB) official who preferred to be unnamed told Xinhua that "the country's foreign exchange reserves stood at 13,970 million U.S. dollars at the end of last month."Bangladesh's foreign exchange reserves in the first week of the last month topped the 14 billion U.S. dollar mark for the first time.Earlier in January this year Bangladesh's foreign exchange reserves surpassed the 13 billion U.S. dollar mark. BB foreign currency reserves have stayed above the 12- billion level since October last year.
