Europe's leading airline Air France-KLM posted a 2.2 percent growth in passenger traffic in November, the flag carrier said on Friday. The airline reported 2.3-percent rise in passengers' number to 6.0 million passengers last month, helping the company to gain 1.5 percentage points in its load factor to 81.2 percent, its monthly data showed. Flights to and from the Asian destinations recorded the strongest performance after generating 4.21 billion euros (5.44 billion U.S. dollars), up 5.4 percent from November in 2011. However, traffic of Caribbean and Indian Ocean networks recorded November's worst loss of 3.2 percent. As the Franco-Dutch joint venture "continues to adjust its full freighter program," the activity's traffic fell by 5.4 percent. The load factor was at 68.1 percent compared to 68.2 percent last year.
