Qatar stock exchange up 0.75%

The Qatar Exchange in the green area on Thursday adding 71.31 points (0.75%) advance to 9,619.04 points from 9,547.73 on Wednesday. The volume of the shares traded fell to 11,379,967 from 19,135,397 on Wednesday and the value of shares decreased to QR400,399,994.06 from QR770,460,833.87 Wednesday. Among the top gainers were Masraf Al Rayan which was up 1.76% to QR28.90, Vodafone Qatar gained 0.89% to QR9.02, Islamic Insurance gained 2.32% to QR57.40 and National Leasing up by 2.70% to QR34.20. The Banking and Financial sector index was added 0.13 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index up 1.90 points. The industrial sector was gained 0.34 points while insurance sector rose 0.28 points
