Korean Air Lines Co., South Korea's top air carrier, said Monday it has delivered a tail cone to Boeing Co. for its KC-46 aerial refueling tanker. Korean Air said it plans to supply more tail cones to the U.S. aircraft manufacturer until 2027 in a deal worth about 100 billion won (US$93 million). The carrier posted a net profit of 256.4 billion won last year. Korean Air makes tail cones and other aircraft parts at its technical center in the southern port city of Busan. Shares of Korean Air were trading at 37,200 won on the Seoul bourse as of 1:37 p.m., down 2.49 percent from the previous session's close.
