Hyundai Elevator aims to secure 1.2tr won in orders this year

Hyundai Elevator Co., South Korea's leading lift manufacturer, said Monday that it aims to secure 1.2 trillion won (US$1.1 billion) worth of new orders in 2014 despite overall uncertainties in the construction sector. The company said in a regulatory filing ahead of next month's annual sales and profit report that the orders should generate 1.1 trillion won in sales for the one-year period.
