Solar power
Assiut - MENA

German Ambassador to Egypt Julius Georg Luy said on Wednesday that his country is willing to provide Egypt with all required technical expertise to produce solar power in order to use it in a project for reclaiming 1.5 million feddans.

The ambassador made the statements on the sidelines of a visit to Assiut governorate along with Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi.

Luy said Germany has a strong desire to support the national projects in Egypt, such as Aswan Dam.

He also expressed his country's support for Egypt to restore security and stability.
