The extraordinary meeting of the council of undersecretaries and heads of statistics agencies and departments of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), kicked off on Tuesday in Muscat, represented by Oman's National Center for Statistics and Information. The center also contributes to raising the efficiency of national statistics and promotes awareness of the importance and value of statistical work.
