The Cabinet, under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, approved on its weekly meeting Wednesday to postpone the payment of the tourism sector's debts to the government's bodies for six months.

The debts cover electricity, water, sanitary sewage and social insurance services.

They will be settled in installments without paying any interests or imposing any fines, the Cabinet added.
