French culture minister meets Qatari counterpart

French Culture Minister Aurelie Filippetti met here on Wednesday with Qatar’s Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage HE Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari , who is currently visiting Paris . Discussions during the meeting dealt with ways to boost cultural cooperation between the two countries, especially in light of Qatar hosting several cultural events and France also hosting similar Qatari events which reflect the keenness of the leaderships of the two countries to develop the French-Qatari cooperation in political , economic, and sports domains , particularly after Qatar becomes as an associate member of the International Organization of la Francophone .
