Artefacts from Beni Suef museum to be showcased in Grand Egyptian Museum
Cairo - MENA
General supervisor of the the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) project Dr Tarek Tawfiq said that artefacts from Beni Suef Museum and Ihnasia store will be showcased at the GEM.
The pieces will be transferred to the museum in the coming days and they will be displayed at the museum's opening, he added.
For his part, General Manager of the packaging, restoration and transfer of the museum Essa Zeidan said that a committee will observe the packaging, restoration and transfer of the selected artefacts.
