"ADEC is proud to be affiliated with such an elite leading business school such as INSEAD and are very proud to see that our Emirati youth are eager to further develop their qualifications in line with Abu Dhabi's 2030 vision to develop human capital and keep up with global competitiveness. "These graduates set a good example for other Emirati's who wish to excel and improve their status, and is a great sign towards turning Abu Dhabi into one of the world's leading educational hubs." "The effect of the GEMBA programme has been almost immediate after each key module, leaving me equipped with practical application of theory and related case studies, while also feeling encouraged to discuss the same within the context of our own industries and organisations." "We hope to use all the business tools and leadership values gained through INSEAD to develop our nation to become an even more important key player in the arena of original and innovative economic growth. That's the least we can give back to the nation and our leaders for making quality education a national priority," said Al Messabi.
