The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate (PJS) denied Monday news fanned by some Jewish websites about the presence of a hotline between it and its Israeli counterpart.
In a press statement issued on Monday, the PJS said that it managed to get needed support from the syndicates and journalists participating in the conference of the European Union (EU) for journalists held in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo last week.
The conference issued at its end a statement where it called for halting the Israeli violations against the Palestinian journalists and releasing member of the syndicate's general secretariat Omar Nazzal.
The statement demanded also bringing those who committed violations against the Palestinian journalists to justice.
The syndicate slammed the news fanned by its Israeli counterpart about the presence of a hotline between them, adding that it is an attempt to undermine the achievements of the syndicate during the conference.
