The National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL) is a pure mirror that reflects the real civilized image of Kuwait's culture and heritage, said Tuesday Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah.
Speaking at a ceremony to launch the NCCAL's celebration of the national days, Sheikh Salman urged the NCCAL's staff to do all in power to better represent Kuwait and raise its flag high at regional and international culture events.
The Minister called for boosting the culture's role in society and offer unlimited support to the talented youth.
The ceremony was attended by a large number of NCCAL officials and staff. It included various activities.
