US President Barack Obama said Friday that cyber attacks from China were "not acceptable," a message he would deliver when President Xi Jinping visits the White House this month.
Obama said he would seek to agree some rules of the road in order to stop an escalation that, Obama said, "I guarantee we can win if we have to."
